These headphones really exist!? Sweet. Would they still function in Antarctica? Ok, let's amend that. Would they still work at, say, minus 25 degrees celcius (ya, I'm from Canada).
yea - found the link http://www.180s.com/pages/productEW04.asp?prodID=367&lineID=377&catID=476 . i have no idea if it work in minus 25 degrees celcius....what ever the calculates in degrees F.

In this 24-month rotational programme, youll spend time working in key store positions, learning and experiencing how to lead in this unique environment. Youll also develop your natural skills to motivate and inspire those around you as they develop, inspire and motivate you.
The Apple Store Leader Program is a 24-month immersion in every aspect of managing and operating an Apple Retail Store. Youll emerge from the program with world-class leadership skills and the opportunity to secure a leadership position at one of our stores anywhere in the world.
This sounds like a fantastic opportunity. Has anyone on the board applied this year (or last)?

Hi all-
I'm attempting to reformat an external drive that was once in my old Windows machine- I have no problem reading file on the drive, but it as marked as read-only and will not let me write/delete. I would love to reformat this drive at some point and find a better use for it, and any advice on how to fix it would be wonderful. Thanks!

Very nice!
Great effect, and the mirroring works really well. If I could suggest any improvements, it would be to bump up the contrast a bit more, but it's certainly not a criticism at all.
It would be interesting to try building up layers to make more complex patterns as well.

On my PC, when I connect my iPhone, it opens like a drive so I can just drag pictures from the iPhone to my computer. But when I connect it to my MBP this doesn't happen. Is there a way to set this up? How do you transfer multiple pictures from iPhone to computer?
Just use iPhoto

Thanks for the feedback. I'll just stick with Netbeans for now. It works pretty well, but has it's quirks. I just like to play with new toys if they have promise.

I don't have any experience with them, but they do look very interesting. I am not too sure about that Apple cutout though. I like the idea, but if it leaves the back open or if it doesn't have a film to protect the back of the iPod, then it kind of defeats the purpose of protecting the back since stuff will get in through the opening.

DFU Video this one saved my butt when I was a newbie! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id=annotation_619907&feature=iv&v=yjPFzqf78Jk)
Iclarifieds DFU video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nN3twIBawy8)
one of these should get umm unbricked.. btw term bricked is used when a iphone is 100% useless. usually only a hardware issue causes it in at least 99.99% of the cases

Do you guys recommend getting the car kit mounting bracket for iphone 4 for in-car use and hands-free?
I don't take phone calls in the car (in fact no ones calls me :( ) but, for GPS, I just reply on voice guidance, my iphone is in leather pouch.
Would an car kit be better ? and what would be the norm ? charging while driving or not?
Also, i've seen a separate TomTom car kit app but no idea what this one is for..

I currently have a Gamecube and PS2.
I was looking at a new console for our kids' birthday on 17th of March (5 years old).
I was thinking Wii, since that would be most suited for kids that age. But something bothers me about the Wii : accessories.
I just learned about the Sensor bar : ok, but that's another wire. Next to the Wii motes (we'll need two), nunchucks and all the batteries they need, I'm starting to feel that it'll be more trouble than fun.
Same thing with the PS3 (and in addition to that, it's really expensive)
So the 360 just has the standard wireless controllers + the kinect. No other accessories to consider. Only thing is, there aren't many games out yet that cater for young children.
So maybe it 'd be better to wait until Christmas or somewhere around that time. Maybe I'll just get some more games for the PS2 and GC (maybe some buzz junior games) for the time being.
In any case, I had never thought of it like this, but when I look at all the stuff you have to buy extra for the Wii or PS3, the 360 has a HUGE advantage over these systems with Kinect. Microsoft maybe on to a winner here ! Then again, there's that minimum distance of 6 feet... Ouch.

I would suggest looking in the Chronicle of Higher Education. It's not free, but many libraries have subscriptions.

Spot Varnish or the usual abbrevation: Spot UV. Love them in the right place.
Super glossy. Often run over a matt laminate to heighten contrast between different textures. Usually set up as a different channel within the same artwork, either as vector (often type) or bitmap.
Allow a little extra time for the printers to do it.
