I'd like to buy this from you. Paypal? Just pm me your email for it if you are fine doing it that way. I've made several purchases on here before.
Paypal is best, I sent you a message. Let me know. This is still available unless I update otherwise.

I don't believe it is possible to do that manually. However, the way to do this is basically just to post tech things on that site. After google indexes the words on the page itself it readjusts your ads to be based on what the page is.( takes some time depneding on how frequently u get indexed) So you ad will turn into tech ads if u have tech information on that page.
I wish I could do that!!
Am looking into other services. AdBrite looks cool but I don't think I can select JUST rich media ads and NOT text ads ... haven't gotten much farther than that due to time ...
My plan now is just to use a different service for that one site, since AdSense gets quite upset if you try to set up more than one account lol.

Had it at launch, finished it shortly after, it was good.....
Very much like Max Payne I thought, just replace city and hoodlums with Forrest and ghost zombie things.
Couldn't be bothered to wait for the free DLC after finishing it so I traded it in...

I recently picked up a used iMac to give to my son for his birthday (today).
I booted it up last night (OS9) and while it seemed to work just fine, there was a very loud and very annoying hum/buzzing sound coming from the machine.
Anybody know what it is or how to fix it? I know it's not normal.

Resetting the Power Manager and PRAM
Resetting the parameter RAM (PRAM) when the computer is shut down also resets the Power Manager. The following process resets both the Power Manager and the parameter RAM.
Taken from the bottom of this page (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=14449), just for the record.

If you don't get any responses here you might want to try eBay eventhough they charge you. But if I had the money I'd take this laptop off your hands, do you happen to have any pictures?

I get my iPod battery replacements on eBay.
I did the same thing for my fifth gen iPod. It worked well for the year between replacing the battery and giving it to a friend. I've yet to hear him complain about the battery life.

It's too bad it's so little, but chopping out too many frames made it look too.. well.. choppy. I opted for tiny and "smooth", over large and choppy.

I'm trying to find a way to play a VC-1 encoded video stream on a Snow Leopard system.
Google tells me, manually installing Flip4Mac and the outdated Quicktime Pro v7 could work. Both are not really welcome on my system, so I'd like to find a way to play VC-1 encoded video by other means.
Has anyone found a way to accomplish this... or maybe a way to convert the stream (on mac!)?VC-1 is supposed to be an open standard. However, it clings closely to its proprietary Microsoft roots. The free version of Flip4Mac can play Windows Media 9 Advanced (VC-1). Your inability to play this format indicates that your VC-1 file may be Windows Media 10 or higher. Nothing on the Mac can play Windows Media 10 or higher. You do, however, hang by one last thread. Microsoft Silverlight is supposed to support VC-1. Hopefully, the latest Mac version of Silverlight supports your VC-1 file.

I would have thought Power Macs could go much hotter than 60C. Maybe run the Hardware Test CD that it came from to check if it picks up anything quirky. :)
Have you got anything plugged in that could be doing this? Do you have a certain app running each time this happens?

An alternate method would be CCC'ing to your backup drive, then hooking the drive up to the new Mac and using Migration Assistant (either on first boot or afterwards). Hooking up the drive or the old Mac should yield identical results. Just make sure that the new Mini doesn't have an account with the same username you're trying to transfer... Migration Assistant will protest.
You're correct in that the current Minis will not run 10.5.

How does a 500mhz G4 compare to a 1ghz G3 performance wise? When I was looking here (http://www.xlr8yourmac.com/G3CARDS/G3_1.1GHz_vs_G4_1GHz_review/index.html) I noticed they cost about the same.

Doesn't vBulletin software have this feature?
It's not a standard vBulletin feature. I know of a third-party add-on that provides this feature but it's not compatible with the version of vBulletin to which we just upgraded.
